Los hogares y empresas de los municipios de Pinoso (327 UUII cubiertas en el sector oeste del barrio de San Juan), La Algueña (685 UUII cubiertas) y las entidades de Barinas (789 UUII cubiertas), Cañada de la Leña (137 UUII cubiertas), La Huerta (203 UUII cubiertas), Mahoya (174 UUII cubiertas), El Partidor (50 UUII cubiertas), El Tolle (52 UUII cubiertas) y Ricabacica (18 UUII cubiertas) en el municipio de Abanilla cuentan ya con servicios de fibra óptica, gracias al Operador Conecta-3 Telecom dentro del Plan de Extensión de Banda Ancha de Nueva Generación puesto en marcha por el Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital, en sus convocatorias de 2014, 2015, 2017 y 2019. Cuenta además con el apoyo financiero de la Unión Europea a través del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (#FEDER).

Conecta-3 ha sido beneficiario de la subvención concedida por el Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial (IVACE) que cuenta con financiación del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) para la ejecución del proyecto de "Herramienta de Gestión y Configuración de equipamiento de Redes Inalámbricas" en Pinoso (Alicante) con número de exp. IMINOD/2019/70, que tiene como objetivo constituir una Herramienta de Gestión y Soporte a la Operación para Operadores de Telecomunicaciones.
