About us
Conecta3 (CONECTA-3 TELECOM, S.L., VAT number B54580766) is the local telecoms operator of the Pinoso comarca, in Alicante. We have been serving the area since 2005 with our own fibre optic network — laid and maintained by us — in 19 towns and villages of the comarca, plus CampoNet, wireless internet, where cable does not reach. We offer fibre, mobile, television, landline and bundles, with no minimum term and free installation. We have offices open to the public in Pinoso and Hondón de las Nieves, and our own engineers from the area.

Installations and faults are handled by people from the comarca, who know the streets and the country tracks. It is not a subcontractor who turns up from out of town when it suits them.
In Pinoso and Hondón de las Nieves there is a real office, with a person behind the counter. You can come in to sign up, to pay, or to have your bill explained.
We do not tie anyone down with a two-year contract. Installation is free and you stay because you want to, not because leaving would cost you a penalty.
Two offices open to the public in the comarca. The phone number is the same for both.

We have been serving the comarca since 2005. Since then we have been laying our own fibre optic network village by village, up to the 19 towns and villages we cover today.
It is a local company. We laid the fibre network ourselves and we maintain it ourselves, and installations and faults are handled by engineers from the comarca. We are not the franchise or the sales arm of a big operator.
